  • DESIGN PACKAGE 1

    For the client who needs professional advice/ sourcing help, and ready to tackle the project independently or with a contractor.

    Up to a 90 minute in home consultation 

    Comprehensive follow up email with shoppable product links to design items discussed

    Access to Kelly via email for design questions, advice and tips 

    Design advice for execution of design goals, including art placement, paint colors, etc.

    PACKAGE TOTAL STARTING AT: $550.00

  • DESIGN PACKAGE 2

    For the client who needs professional help with 1 space. We will provide a visual layout, procurement of products and installment of the space. 

    Up to a 90 minute in home consultation 

    Full room floor plan for 1 room

    Visual design board with shoppable furniture/accessories/paint/lighting links for 1 agreed upon space

    Communication throughout 3 revisions to finetune design 

    Access to Kelly via phone and email for design questions, advice and tips

    Install/ styling of 1 room once all items have been delivered 

    PACKAGE TOTAL STARTING AT: $1,050.00

  • DESIGN PACKAGE 3

    For the client who needs professional help with multiple spaces. Client is needing a visual layout and procurement of products as well as the space styled out.

    Up to a 90 minute in home consultation 

    Full room floor plans for 2 or more separate agreed upon spaces

    Visual design board with shoppable furniture/accessories/paint/lighting links for agreed upon spaces

    Communication throughout 3 revisions to finetune design 

    Access to Kelly via phone and email for design advice/tips

    Install/ styling of rooms once all items have been delivered 

    PACKAGE TOTAL STARTING AT:  $1,500

  • BUILDER & INVESTOR PACKAGE

    Up to a 90 minute in home consultation 

    Multi room floor plans 

    Multi room hard finishes (ie: tile, cabinet style/color, paint selections, lighting, flooring etc...) 

    Communication throughout 4  revisions to finetune design 

    Access to Kelly via phone and email for design advice/tips

    Staging option if needed at a seperate rate

I have been professionally designing homes for 8 years. I have always been creative and enjoy helping my clients pinpoint their unique style. I love working hard to make my clients visions & wishes a reality. I describe my style as Scandinavian inspired with a cottage touch. Clean, textured, & warm with plenty of organic and personal elements that reflect my client’s personality and interests. 

I provide custom designs within a wide range of budgets and I desire to make the whole process seamless, from our first consultation to the final reveal.
